We at KrossKube strive to provide high-quality digital courses and services. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products – No Refunds
Due to the instant access nature of digital products (courses, templates, downloadable materials), all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once payment is completed and access is granted, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
2. Exceptional Cases
If you face technical issues preventing course access, we’ll be happy to assist you. Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with full details of the issue. Refunds may be considered in rare cases only if access was never delivered.
3. Unauthorized Use or Sharing
If we detect unauthorized distribution or access sharing of our content, your access may be revoked without notice or refund.
4. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect course selection
- Personal reasons or scheduling conflicts
5. Cancellation of Live Sessions
If we cancel or reschedule a live workshop or training session, we will offer full access to an alternative or provide a suitable equivalent. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions by the user.
